AYCOMAT TYPE 4A

General

The prefabricated box system consists of the uninsulated closed volume obtained by mounting the elements made of galvanized steel sheets on ground only with manpower. The assembly of the box will be performed with bolts and nuts.

The main construction elements of the box are as follows ;
a.	Chassis
b.	Side and rear panels
c.	Ceiling
d.	Door panel
e.	Connection elements

CHASSIS

The chassis of the box made of wooden floor in 35 mm thickness supported with galvanized steel profiles has the capacity of 1000 kg distributed service load.

Side and rear panels

The side and rear panels are produced by using trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets in 0,63 mm in thickness fixed with the galvanized profiles in suitable thickness to support the mentioned load capacity.

ceiling

The ceiling panel is produced by using trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets in 063 mm in thickness fixed with the galvanized profiles in suitable thickness to support the mentioned load capacity.

door panel

The door panel consists of double door wing connected to the side section made of galvanized steel.

fastening elements

The elements used for assembly are galvanized and painted pieces.

assembly

The assembly will be done by manpower connecting the walls to the chassis and ceiling with fastening elements using bolts and nuts.

main construction

The main construction elements of the box are as follows ;
a.	Chassis :
	The chassis of the box made of wooden floor supported with galvanized steel frame has the capacity of 3 tones distributed service load.
b.	Side and rear panels :
	The side and rear panels are produced by using trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets in 0,73 mm in thickness with the frame of same kind of steel.
c.	Ceiling :
	The ceiling panel is produced by using trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets in 0,73 mm in thickness with the frame of same kind of steel.
d.	Door panel:
	The door panel consists of single door wing and the side section without extra door supporting frame.

assembly

The assembly will be done by manpower connecting the walls to the chassis by bolts and nuts and then installing the ceiling onto the panels. There are no extra corner connection elements.
